SIMPLE MODEL USING EXCEL 

1. Open file sellingprice.csv

2. Find min, max, average and standard deviation for each variable.

3. Create a scatter plot (select Scatter with Only Markers), 

a. for houseSize vs. sellingPrice and 

b. bedrooms vs. sellingPrice.

4. Apply Regression.

5. Discuss how to apply the formula to predict new data.
